Bill is very patient, courteous, and knowledgeable in his HVAC trade. He takes the time to answer all questions asked, not rushing through them. He is very precise and thorough in his detailed responses. We're very happy to have them service our oil heating needs. The oil company I buy from doesn't service furnaces and I needed service because the temperature on my thermostat was dropping although it was set on 70 degrees and there was cold air coming out of the vents. Other companies wouldn't talk to me . .. they said they were too busy and it was 2 days before Thanksgiving but Joanne at Ludlow Heating & Cooling talked to me and I told her I'd buy oil from them if they'd help me so she sent Jim over to solve the problem.
