i would’ve preferred a dirt road over the way they massacred James St in Chicopee after their water main work. personally i would be ashamed to allow something like that to represent my company.

Well on March 4th the city used them to plow. The cocky driver of the equipment thought it was hilarious when a young man was shoveling and he blocked him back in. Laughing and not paying attention, hit the manhole cover so hard the back of his equipment lifted up. Then he tried to leave and act like nothing happened. But needless to say neighbors seen the whole thing. He turned around and tried to bump the manhole cover back in and fill it with dirt and snow. Well of course the DPW was busy and couldn't check it out so we are still waiting.UPDATED 3/8/23Thank you DPW for working on this manhole. Broke my windshield. And then lied to the insurance company and said it never happened. After claiming responsibility. The Ludlow construction company blocked my phone number. Than their insurance company wouldn't take my phone calls. Got nowhere. But when they were doing roadwork near my job. Workers would come in for shots during the day. So I guess I should have know their scumbags. And shitty workers
