Bruce took so much time with us to explain options, show how the stairs and railings may look and it took us several visits before we could figure out what was right for us. The staircase is exquisite and we get so many compliments on the stair color matching our hardwood so exactly. The rod iron railings look great in our home. Sue also sent me pictures of Holiday decorations with rod iron railings. They are the best to work with. I highly recommend them
