These guys are such a pleasure to work with. Sue quickly sent me multiple quotes for different variations of my staircase and constantly kept me updated on the timeline as I was very antsy to get the staircase done before my baby was born. Sue knew this and they were able to put me on the schedule way earlier than I expected. Their prices were extremely fair and so if you’re thinking about doing something a little bit fancier but are afraid it’ll cost you thousands extra, ASK for a quote on that upgrade. Bruce took so much time with us to explain options, show how the stairs and railings may look and it took us several visits before we could figure out what was right for us. The staircase is exquisite and we get so many compliments on the stair color matching our hardwood so exactly. The rod iron railings look great in our home. Sue also sent me pictures of Holiday decorations with rod iron railings. They are the best to work with. I highly recommend them
