Requested style: My daughter swims everyday in camp and refuses to wear a swim cap. Her hair is very damaged and when we came in it was snarled and tangled, but she wanted to get it cut 2-3 inches

Hair type: My daughter is mixed race and has multiple hair types on her head. Bertline is a child whisperer and put her at ease and worked around the challenges of giving her the style she wanted.

I have never had such a thorough and quick service. I came in for a protein treatment, trim and a silk press and was out within 2 hours. Her prices make sense! My hair feels soft and healthy. I am so happy I found her. Definitely a gem.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the outcome. I am someone that is very particular about the volume and fullness of my hair. Normally I have to touch up my hair after a hair appointment but I was satisfied with the coils and volume of my hair. I did not feel the need to even change the part. Thank you so much! I will be back!
