We scheduled gutter cleaning in early or mid October, requesting gutters be cleaned around 3rd week of November. Gutters were not cleaned until mid to late January! I understand how weather can cause some delays, but 2 months is ridiculous! Additionally, I received no communication to make me aware of delays so I had no idea what was going on. I’ll never use this company again.Update: I have upgraded the review rating. After speaking with someone from this company, they have agreed to guarantee our service date for future services.

The crew who came to clean our gutters in mid January did a 5 star job, including clearing the leaves that were on the roof but not on the gutter. It had been a long wait to get them to our home but Management followed up afterwards with a direct phone call which was appreciated

I was happy with the work finally done. It just took three different visits to my house to get a crew that could do the work. This was surprising since they have cleaned my gutters previously. Will still use their services just hope the next time goes smoother
