Had to go to Mavis (in Lowell) because I was having issues with my tire, turns out there was a large screw in it. James, the assistant manager, did an amazing job explaining everything and handling the situation. Will be going back to replace the tire in a few weeks! Would recommend to others if you need new tires or other services (that they provide of course).

The agent on the phone gave my lady the black Friday deal on Tuesday because she was not able to make it for Friday. Then when we got to shop,they didn't have the tires, so the in house manager Bernado, gave us the upgrade for the same price and also went up and beyond to reset the oil change code that another place didn't do. Bernardo for a young man was very mature and honest.
