Worst hospital ever... waited 6 hours in the ER waiting room just to get into an examination room. Another hour of just sitting there until I asked when I was gonna be seen by a doctor... was told "oh at least another hour and a half"... hospital is a joke and the staff are extremely rude... I couldn't wait anymore and had to leave. Only thing they were fast at was taking my money... read full review

My wife who worked there for over 15 years as BSN RN, she recieved the worst possible care because she was having breathing issues. I got so upset at the care she received here. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone seeking urgent care. During the 7 hours she was there, she was seen twice! What horrible care could a place inflict upon a person - they honestly had no interest in helping my wife who was genuinely really sick. We finally had to drive to Lahey in Burlington, to be correctly treated and diagnosed. I would not go there if my life depended on it.

My mom was taken to the ER on Wednesday and passed today in Lowell General. I can't speak highly enough about the doctors and nurses in this hospital. They were caring, compassionate and very professional. Their treatment of my mom and my brother and I was so caring. I highly recommend this hospital. I do want to mention one thing. When I arrived at the ER I noticed they were giving my mother vancomycin. I immediately went to the nurses station with my brother and told them to get my mother off of that she was highly allergic to it. When the woman came in to do my mother's registration, I looked at the form she gave me and told her that was not my mother that... read full review
