Lowell General PHO provides nursing care that is generally described as excellent, with staff who are caring, attentive, and make patients feel at home. One case manager was difficult to deal with, but a second one was helpful and kind, working diligently to find a suitable placement for a patient. Stephanie, a nurse in the fourth floor, is praised for being phenomenal, personable, pleasant, skilled, and efficient in an inefficient system. Dimitre Sirakov, MD, is recommended as a great doctor with many years of experience and a calming voice. However, communication from doctors and the overall system needs improvement.
