However, there have been recent complaints about communication difficulties due to limited English-speaking staff and issues with nail application causing physical pain. Despite these concerns, many customers have been returning for years and appreciate the helpful and polite attitude of the staff.
I loved to service but the work is so bad. My nails aren’t even fully glued on my finger, my French tip is all messy, my nails are thick asl, shape is uneven, size is uneven, top coat isn’t even fully on my nail, they look like cheap pressons

Happy nails used to be my go to. The staff were amazing really listened to what you asked for! But as of recently not so much I have a normal nail salon but they were full and I should have just waited……. My nails were on so tight my fingers were in physical pain,and I’ve been getting my nails done almost a decade now so I’ve been threw it all but this pain was horrific.
