My father has been a long term resident here. Dad says he loves it and couldn’t be happier, he has no complaints at all. I have a complaint, the rooms have no phones so it’s next to impossible to speak with my dad. If you call you will reach an automated message that rambles off a long list of extensions. I sat here and wrote each and every extension down then proceeded to call and use every extension and each time I reached a voicemail. What’s ironic is the response to all the other reviews from Fairhaven is to call the same exact number that will lead you to the automated message that leads you to a voicemail… I just want to be able to speak to my father…...read full review
Working at Fairhaven and seeing how staff and residents become family has been an amazing experience for me. I would highly recommend Fairhaven as a place to live and work! The facility is always clean, rooms are being renovated and the restaurant dinning experience is amazing! Come and check us out!
