Elijah diagnosed the problem quickly. Provided the solution. He also performed maintenance on the system. I would give him more stars if possible. He was professional and knowledgeable.
I had been looking in my area for a quality company to take care of my three-zone geothermal heat pump system. I had tried many companies but the previous had all been found wanting.
EarthTech's service is reliable and their service people exceptional, even pointing out shoddy work done by others that has hcould have really bad consequences. Discovering the problem was vital for our long-term health and many companies and service people would not have given us the warning.
I have had trouble finding a reliable service contractor for the geothermal system I acquired with the property. EarthTech was referred to me by the system manufacturer, and in their first visit diagnosed several problems with the system setup - and fixed and/or worked around them to get the system back up and running. They will propose some other measures to improve its efficiency, as well as a service contract. Great service!
