Tony Barbosa and his team are very prompt in responding / attending to any new install, removal, service or maintenance issue calls. knowledgeable across different types of HVAC installations (We've had both propane based furnace as well as heat pumps and air handlers) to water heater servicing to plumbing / drainage related services. Not to mention their followup with the appliance manufacturer and distributor to get parts ordered as well. Extremely trustworthy and dependable. We've used their services for the last 12 years and it has been great.
We've used Cool-rite a couple of times over the past few years because I found documentation showing they installed the original system in our house. They're an absolute joy to work with. I've spoken to both Ryan and his dad, and Ryan is normally the guy to come out, diagnose, and repair. They've successfully been keeping our 30-plus year old AC system going.
