This location deserves 5 stars, the doctors are excellent and also the other staff except the accounting and billing especially the person who talks on the call. At first, the person doesn't stop talking it seems they are hurry in ending the call. But, when a patient talk over her then she gets upset and finally disconnects even without listening the full complaint.
Unfortunately, I was under a similar situation 3 years back and haven't submitted any review at that time. But this being a repeated incident, I thought to share my review. Hopefully, this center would have a better customer friendly staff.

Great experience! My concerns were listened to and everything was explained very clearly to help with my dry eyes. Tori and Debbie were extremely helpful when I was picking out glasses. I'm very indecisive and they both had great patience and gave me great advice!
