Paul has done several jobs for us, and we just met again to start working on our next home improvement projects. He responds quickly to requests for information, communicates well about meeting times, and completes the job on time and in budget! It may seem insignificant to someone else, but one of my favorite things he did was rehang a gutter on the front of my house (installed by someone else years before).
