Called to make a new client haircut appointment and receptionist told me they aren’t accepting new clients at this time. Very rude and offered no explanation.

This is the second time and most unprofessional thing that I think has ever happened to me. The owner will often call you at the last minute to switch appointments because they are busy but they're Ultra small and they don't have the support staff. The final straw was when she cancel my appointment the day I was supposed to see Janine. Yes she had an opening to get a kovacic. So it was bad enough having to miss the appointment and then she said she would get back to me to reschedule. I hear from her today and she just said well too bad I'm not rescheduling. Can you believe this I've had this appointment for two months at the eleventh hour she canceled... read full review
