Easily the best experience I’ve had with contractors. Not only did the project stay on schedule and on budget, but the work was exactly what we hoped for - top of the line in all respects. Brian was an excellent on site manager and great communicator. It was also easy to see progress and know what to expect thanks to the online platform (the great documentation of the process will also come in handy if we ever have to make repairs or adjustments in the future). Overall, our finished basement looks better than we ever hoped it would and in all respects, is better constructed than the rest of our house!
We recently completed a major home renovation (3 bathrooms, gut renovation of 2nd floor) with Top Notch, and highly recommend them. From the start — including a 2.5-month interview and planning period — the team was easy to work with, transparent, and genuinely invested in the project. Mike, Mitch and Ohannes were fantastic - they were open, honest, responsive, and always willing to walk us through decisions or next steps. Their steady communication made a big renovation feel manageable.
