I first started seeing Elisa Adams in late December, after a mysterious running injury that she diagnosed after a five minute conversation. Having experienced several months of constant pain, I felt some relief after our first session, and have improved to the point of zero pain after a few months. I also have a decades long history of chronic upper back, neck and shoulder pain, and a more recent history of periodic middle and lower back issues that have almost completely resolved since seeing Elisa.
