I have had worst experence scheduling appointments here. Their attendents are very rude and since they run very busy they do not care to answer any questions or attend customers well. This is an absolutely worst behavior I have ever experienced in health industry in my entire life. I would never go back to them neither recommend anybody even though they are very well known in the area. Its not worth the hype if they do not know to even talk nicely one bit. They need to train their staff.
Absolutely the best pediatric dental practice in the area! The entire staff is kind, very knowledgeable and amazing with kids. We have gone there for years for general dentistry so having braces done there was a no brainer. My daughter got a little panicky getting her braces on and Dr. Sears was so great with her, made her feel comfortable and put together the best plan for her going forward. The office is nice, modern and always spotless. Dr. Coppe and the team have taken such amazing care of my kids over the years we would not think of going anywhere else!
I took my son here for an exam yesterday and the place is really nice. Parking was tough but not a huge deal. The dentist we saw was Dr. Coppe and she was really nice and PATIENT with my sons inability to stay still! She answered all my questions and didn't rush off in any way to the next patient. The office itself is very bright and clean. The waiting room had a nice play area for kids. The star of the show for us was the assistant Julie though!
