I knew they charge higher than average rate for oil but was looking for peace of mind. Only that it turns out to be a headaches every time you call them. They act like scammers always have surprise charges that they didn’t tell you about. And the quote they gave you for repair is about 250% of what other HVAC guy charges. And if you don’t like their quote, sorry you’ve got to pay for their unreasonable quote. The trick is they don’t tell you these charges in advance. Similar to what others have noted here, this company will do anything to be dishonest and scam you with your bill. Not only are they one of the more expensive rates in the area, they sent me a bill for almost $1200 and stated that I had “signed a service contract” where they maintain my burner which was completely a lie. Once I asked to see a copy of my contract and where I had signed, they backtracked and said they would remove the extra $300-$400 overcharge.On top of that they screwed the autopay another time where my bill was adding up and I had to call them several times.Avoid this company at all costs.

Great for filling your BBQ propane tanks! The going rate right now, 5/2022, is $16 while the better known filling place in Arlington is charging $25.Pay in the front office, then go around to the tank in the back.
