Wow! I had a massage at Anam Cara Wellness Center and I can't wait to go back! My therapist was Elizabeth and she was amazing! I had the very best deep tissue therapeutic massage in my life! She is very skilled. Elizabeth is sweet, considerate and professional. I'm so excited to have found her!

Right from walking in here I felt completely relaxed. The vibe was so comforting in there. My massage was amazing. The table is heated and it felt so good. I absolutely recommend going here for a massage

Anam Cara is the BEST.I started seeing Casey for prenatal massage. She was the first massage therapist who would give a truly healing massage, while balancing all of the pregnancy precautions. She is very professional and highly trained, yet her REAL magic lies in her wisdom and intuition. She has relieved so much neck, shoulder, back and hip pain. She also makes my soul feel good, every single time. She is a true healer.My husband and mom have seen other therapists and had equally great experiences. Highly recommend everyone at Anam Cara.
