I’ve been seeing her in conjunction with a physical therapist and psychiatrist to treat distressing physical symptoms of anxiety such as GI disturbances, headaches and extremely tight neck and throat muscles, and I always feel so much better after her treatments. Plus, she has an uncanny ability to discover other issues that are going on. I haven’t been seeing her long, but I’m so happy and hopeful these treatments will help me get back to normal (and even better, since she’s teaching me techniques like deep breathing and vagus nerve resetting that I can use on my own). She also explains why she’s doing what she’s doing and has tons of suggestions that encompass everything, from diet and exercise to sleep. I really feel like she’s working to get a picture of me as a whole person and understanding what has been causing my discomfort, without questioning my perception or lived experiences. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Grace and the care I’ve received at her practice.<br><br>After experiencing prolonged, heavy bleeding since November 2025, I struggled to find relief through conventional medicine.
