Displeased with Dean's ghosting us after an issue was raised by the state about our taxes, regarding solar credits. Multiple emails and calls not returned, after we were told he'd get back to us in June. We filed in February.

We had great experiences with him until he was incapable of figuring out how EV tax credits work after many, many months (during which time he ignored all of our calls and messages). He has cost us *thousands* in tax credits we could have received.If you have a very simple return, he's great, and very inexpensive compared to the competition. But if you have even the slightest curveball, run-don't walk-in a different direction.

Very happy with Mr. Valliere's help when it comes to filing our taxes each year. We have been using his services for four or five years now and would never dream of handling our tax return any other way. Helpful, very pleasant, and highly recommended!
