Was referred to JH by a family member. The tax preparer, Jeremy, was fast and efficient. He was helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. He helped me with this years taxes, and i will be going back to him in the future tax years.

I have been using the services of this agency for some years, and the treatment has always been wonderful and cordial. They always answer questions clearly and have been available when I have needed to understand something.

Tried doing my taxes myself this year but decided with the extra forms, stimulus payments and other changes that have happened throughout the pandemic I'd go to Jackson Hewitt this year. I'm glad I did. They were able find a small refund for me instead of me having to pay a little back this year. I was pleased with these results. Sweet!
