Bill Tapply did an amazing job on my condo--his website says that no job is too small, and he is not kidding. I thought I would never be able to find someone to redo the floors of my 1969 condo (which looked like a dentist office in a horror movie), let alone someone honest and resourceful. He was able to work with my small budget (and people, I do mean small: my wood HAD TO BE less than $4 a square foot--your average hardwood is twice that) and turn my condo in a beautiful space that literally makes people's jaws drop the first time they come inside.
