The only place I will trust with my hair. Maria is absolutely amazing at what she does and always makes sure that you are happy with your end results. She has done my prom updos, dyed my hair, and cut it and her talent has never failed to amaze me. Everyone is so kind there as well! (Before and after for reference)

I have been going to Maria for about two years now to get my hair done and she never disappoints! She always listens to what I want and guides me when I’m not sure what I want to do and she has never steered me wrong. I also recently got my makeup done by her as a bridal trial and I could not say enough nice things. I got compliments from everyone I saw and felt very confident! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new hair stylist or looking to get their makeup done for an event. The prices are very reasonable as well!

I wouldn’t recommend this salon. I booked an appointment, weeks ago, over the phone and gave them my name, phone number, and what I was coming in for. I drove over an hour from the city for my appointment and arrived on time, to be respectful of the staff, just to find out the girl who was supposed to do my hair was not in today and they had “no phone number on file for me”.
If you book here, make sure you confirm with the salon that they actually entered your phone number into the system, and if they don’t ask for your number tell them that you would like to give them your number in case anything changes. My advice to this salon, treat others how you would like to be treated, and if customers are to respect stylists time then you need to respect your customers time.

Having to drive to RI and paying for parking to get my hair done was taking a toll on me. Thankfully, my friend/coworker told me about Talk of the Town and her hairdresser, Maria. Normally, I stick to what I know because I’m afraid of change. Let’s just say, I no longer have to drive an hour each way because I finally found someone great in the area!
I showed Maria a pic of the style and color I wanted and she gave just that (I wish I had a before pic). My color was fading into a brassy, orangey color and she toned it down for a more natural darker color with dimension. She cut about 4 inches off, gave me long layers with curtain bangs. My hair looks healthier, I feel more youthful, and everyone complimented my new do! Conversation was great and she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The price of my cut and color (toner this time) was reasonably priced and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, Maria! I’ll be seeing you in a few months!

I can’t say enough great things about TOTT! The salon itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and always clean. I’ve now been seeing Maria for 3 years (and many colors/styles), she not only listens to what I’m hoping to achieve but is able to give her professional opinion. Nonetheless, I’m always happy when I leave. Maria also did my daughter’s first haircut. Recently I had the pleasure of seeing Amanda and experiencing the most relaxing facial! Her room is cozy and cute. Amanda asked questions to learn about my current routine, gave recommendations at the end, and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

Greg is so good!!! Love him, and I love my hair... I am one of those women who my hair is like a security blanket. He made me feel at ease with his expertism and his super talent. You will leave feeling gorgeous. The salon is clean and pretty and it was just an all-around great experience...I am so happy and I would reccomend ANY stylist there!! Plus they do more than hair. Check them out asap!
