Stars have gone from 1 to 5.
I decided to try again. 2nd impression, I walked in and was pleasantly greeted. Questions answered, tried the red light bed, which I loved, signed up for a package.
I shared my previous experience, and I feel confidently in the way it was handled, not excused, but also respectful to the person who I had the negative experience. Overall, I was told it shouldn't have happened.
It was handled professionally, and correctly in my opinion of customer service.

I absolutely love this tanning Spa! I primarily use the red light therapy services, and I’ve had a wonderful experience every visit. The staff is friendly and the spa is spotless. It’s clear they take pride and providing excellent customer service!

Love this place always so clean , staff are friendly and they the best most updated technology as well as many options to Tan, bronze , or just need some red light therapy to relax. Highly recommend this place.
