I had a nightmare scenario, where my boiler wasn't working after several days of a *different* company messing it up. Of course, right before the holiday weekend, and with 2F temps forecasted. Matt was all booked up, but took the time to ask questions about what was wrong, offered ideas and suggestions of quirks with my particular brand. Very empathetic and knowledgeable. I can’t thank Northern Climate enough for coming out and getting my air conditioning running again this weekend.
With this crazy humidity my central air stopped working and I thought I was going to have to wait till next week to get it up and running but after calling them late last night and actually speaking with a live person and not getting a voicemail or an answering service I was able to be walked through and troubleshoot some of issues I was having. Matt was very knowledgeable and extremely patient working with me but unfortunately it wasn’t anything I could fix myself. Matt was willing to come out, was very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed and repaired both our heater and AC. He also Showed us the problem, and educated us to help make sure we do not run into the same issues in the future. The rates seemed reasonable. He clearly explained and went over every charge, responded to every question, and was very friendly. We would highly recommend him.Services: HVAC system maintenance
