This is the best hair spot in uptown i most definitely recommend this place to both men and women the boss and staff who work their are very friendly and good at what they do.

I initially had an appointment with another salon, but ended up at First Impressions when the hairstylist referred me to it since she couldn't make it. The lady at First Impression had her assistant do my Vixen braids. They both knew what I wanted once I showed the pictures. Once I was done, my husband who was waiting outside told me what the back of my head looked like. I went in to pay and told the owner my concerns with loose and wide cornrows that looked as if they were done days ago. She completely disregarded my comments, and took the money talking about my husband should have done my hair then and I just need the hair to be flat. I will never go back to this... read full review
