This place was honestly a nightmare to deal with. Had been going to them since I was a teenager. Nurse practitioners have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to diagnosing certain things and will put you on medications that won't work. Went there for a lip swelling issue twice and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Thankfully they no longer accepted my health insurance so I had to transfer out (thank goodness) but even that process was a nightmare! Took them almost two months to transfer my stuff out and they had to keep calling me. I've never had to call a Dr's office more in my life than these guys. Thankfully I'm done do not recommend!

I’ll be leaving Family Medical & Maternity after being a patient for about 5 years. I was sent a letter stating how “they feel uncomfortable treating me as a result of a past due bill and I will no longer be able to use patient services starting in 2 weeks.” I received this letter about a month after an appointment. At this appointment I had purposely settled my balance (I hate how you cannot pay bills online!!! So I always double check while I’m there). Been going here for about 12 yrs and dr. Hartman is really great. She is always so caring and always looking out for my well being and always does blood work when i see her to keep up on anything that runs in my family so she can catch it early. She always refers me to great drs for other medical things i need check. Never had a issue with her.
