I don't ever recommend anyone come here for a hair cut!! Lady Who did my moms hair messed up so bad we had to go to someone else who felt super bad and apologized for someone else's actions. We showed the lady the picture 3 times and told her 4 times how my mom wanted her hair I even physically showed her with my hands how high my mom wants her hair and still messed up!! Don't go there ever and they are not professional what so ever !

I have been to this Cost Cutters many times over the years and always had a good experience. It had been three months since my last hair cut. I am a senior citizen and my hair is baby fine so I keep it short. There was another change of staff and a different woman cut my hair, she did my hair cut in less than ten minutes, the back of my hair was shaved up my neck higher than a man's hair cut. I had trimmed my sideburns at home the way I liked and she literally shaved them off. My hair is jaggedly cut like an untrained person had cut it. I did not realize how bad it was until I got home. I will NEVER go there again. Now I can only hope it grows out quickly.

Cut my daughters hair 3 inches shorter than requested. Didn't do the wash I requested and paid for. They hardly speak to you, at all
