We have had our generator for 3 years..amazing service from start to finish. They provide superb customer service constantly. We had our 3 year maintenance appt this morning and our electrician was so meticulous in his work. He even wiped down the entire generator with wet wipes. It looked brand new when he was done. We love 4th Generation!!!!!
