“Great experience. Loved that I could book online. Most salons in the area don't offer that. I got a gel mani pedi. Seven was excellent. Very skilled. The foot/hand massage was better than other salons I've visited. Loved the environment. Friendly staff. Soft, non-lyrical Christmas music played. And on a giant screen there were beautiful rotating pictures of Dubai. I was really able to relax and enjoy. Definitely going back.

“I could not be more delighted with my first experience at The Clip Shop in Pittsfield MA on Thursday 5/15. The salon was immaculate, and beautiful. I was welcomed by many. Barbara was my stylist and I highly recommend her. She was an excellent listener to my needs and gave me an absolutely fantastic haircut, blow-out, and styling. Barbara also discussed how to continue to style my new haircut at home and what products to use. Ella did a wonderful job at my shampoo, conditioning, and scalp massage. I felt pampered and appreciated as a new customer. Cannot wait to go again.
UPDATE: I have had two more visits to The Clip Shop and both visits have been as stellar as the first. Barbara did an excellent 2nd haircut, continuing to cut/style my hair in a way that my own haircare is far easier since Barbara began as my stylist.
Also, I tried the SPA Pedicure (also with Barbara). Now THAT was a pampering experience everyone needs from time to time. Tremendous nail-care, products, and cuticle care as well.“

“I went to Beauty Locale for my wedding day look and was thrilled with the outcome. Jessicah and her team are quick to hear you out on what you are looking for, and meet you exactly there. I felt very listened to, and looked like "myself" Aka natural (but prettier, see pictures attached) with my hair and makeup. Beauty Locale was also tasked with doing a small army of bridesmaids' hair on my big day, to which they rose to the occasion for and left everyone feeling gorgeous!“

“I’ve only been to Hollywood nails 3x but every experience was amazing and peaceful. I wish I knew the woman’s name who did my nails but I always forget to ask but I always tip good. She does everyone’s nails most of the time and I have no complaints the. One time I went to get my nails and my 3year old daughter’s nails done at the time and she is so good with kids. My nails came out so perfect again this time around I would 100% recommend coming here. It’s a small business but I’d rather the nail tech take her time than rush and that’s exactly what she did. I arrived too late for a walk-in, and when my cab did not arrive on time, Cathy went out of her way to assure I was not standing out in the cold and had a safe ride home. That alone meant the World to me! I must add, the salon has many assets: Primarily the kind, competent staff. I will absolutely return to this salon based on how respectfully I was treated- It has plenty of parking, is very clean, is run in a neat, professional, direct manner. I noticed how other clients were being treated: Remembered by name. Staff assured the ladies made it to their car safely in the dark by watching from the door. A ‘salon experience’ is not just about leaving with lovely nails… It is about how clients are treated. Based on what I have seen, I already have an appointment booked and would recommend this salon to everyone, especially single ladies having their nails done after dark… Rest assured, your ‘nail experience’ will be great, and continues until you make it safely to your car. Priceless!!! I cannot emphasize enough the professional manner of the employees who truly respect their clients enough to hold the door and make sure they are safely in their car before returning to other tasks.
