My husband bought a 1-month membership while we were visiting Lenox. After looking at the class schedule, I decided to take some classes. I was so impressed with the instructors that I gladly paid the $15 daily rate to take several classes. I especially enjoyed Zumba with Olivia, Bootcamp with Mike and TRK with Jesse. Lenox Fit has an extraordinarily capable, experienced and motivating group of instructors.
This club is beautiful, great workout, friendly, fully equipped, and clean. And Lenox fitness has great people working there and working out. On top of that, it’s a beautiful physical environment and it just feels good. It has all the equipment, including a step mill, which I love. You don’t need to be a member to work out here.
LenoxFit is the real deal! I had to prepare for a physical fitness exam for a job opportunity and only had a month to do so. Sue jumped right on the opportunity and we got right to work without hesitation! With her help I crushed the expectations! The staff are always personable and friendly and provide a very inclusive space for all fitness levels! They also offer a great array of classes and I was able to start learning yoga for my active off days! If you are looking for a local gym or a place to stay on track while visiting the area this is the place to be! I can’t thank Sue and her staff enough for their dedication and welcoming environment at LenoxFit!
