This is an incredible practice that runs a tight ship. Where else can you have access to records online, message your healthcare provider and get answers back the same day? Everything is automated and accessible, plus this practice works so efficiently that most people actually interact with you. Despite have a robust practice bombarded with an influx of new patients, everyone--and I mean everyone, in this practice is kind and personable. If you’re looking for a PRIMARY doctor this is the place.
I started going to Lenox Family Health a year ago and to be honest, I’ve never felt so good about the care I am receiving and how I have been treated all around.
From the receptionists to the nurses and of course the providers it has been a pleasant experience. If I call and need to be seen quickly I am always out on the schedule within 24 hours-Never given a hard time.
I am so happy with this facility and my provider, Bruce Rosenhein.
Ive never encountered such a caring doctor as Dr. Martin. She's a sweet heart that goes above and beyond. She spends time with her patients and is worth the wait. Good MD's here for sure.
