Holland was great - I wanted to get my entire new house (about 1200sqft) refinished before I moved in, as it had beautiful, but very old, ambered floors. I met with Tim, who gave me a very reasonable quote, and he was able to fit me in the next week. The floors came out BEAUTIFULLY. I wanted the natural wood tones of my red oak, without any staining, for a more neutral base color throughout. Tim also recommended I go with a very tough topcoat, since I have a dog, and it will last for a very long time. Overall, I’m incredibly happy with their work. See the before and afters!

Holland Hardwood Floors (Tim and Dan) did an amazing job installing LVP throughout my entire first floor of my house. They took the time to properly prep the subfloor so everything was level, which really shows in the final result. The install is seamless across the whole first floor with no transitions, which makes the space feel clean and cohesive. The only break is at the sunken living room, where they installed solid wood steps that were beautifully color-matched to the flooring.
Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. They clearly take pride in what they do and don’t cut corners. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, which made a big difference living in the space during the project.
On top of that, they were incredibly patient and understanding while I was navigating having a brand new puppy in the house. I appreciated how accommodating they were throughout the entire process.
I’d absolutely recommend Holland Hardwood Floors to anyone looking for high-quality work done right the first time.
