There was a miscommunication with the originally scheduled pick-up, but it was handled in a very professional and courteous manner and was quickly re-scheduled for the following day.

When I realized I forgot to list the box spring. When I emailed on Monday regarding my Wednesday pick up I never got a response. It wasn't easy to reach you. Otherwise pick up was clear and easily done.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC. THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN AND AN EMAIL WAS SENT TO INFORM ME OF THIS. DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING MY MATTRESS WAS MOVED BACK THINKING THAT NO TRUCK WAS COMING. RESCHEDULED AND TODAY IT WAS PICKED UP. THANK YOU SO MUCH,
