I live in Nevada and had to make an emergency visit to Lawrence Massachusetts on a family matter. I called Simax Property Services to assist in cleaning out a family members home. Oscar, who answered my call was very caring, understanding and guided me through the process of the dumpster delivery. We had arranged for Oscar and his assistant to meet me at the home as I had no clue of the extent of trash within the home upon my arrival Oscar was onsite and ready to dive into the unknown with me.
