I had a gas smell and contacted National Grid they had to shut off my furnace (less than 4 years old) due to output readings.Contacted furnace manufacturer who suggested finding vendor on website certified vendors.Contacted Callahan who was able to come out that day. Very professional and also explained why there was rust in my unit.Signing up for their annual maintenance plan.
