This is how customers should be treated at every business if they have an issue. Maria was super helpful and super understanding with my purchase. I had an issue with my purchase and got fully reimbursed, she didn't give me a hard time or anything very understanding and that to me means a lot. I brought a dozen pink roses online and they were more beautiful in person than the picture!! I highly recommend this place!! and the staff here is so nice and welcoming I bought in store the same day a 4 flower long stem and they packed it nicely for me to take and even helped me bring the 2 items to my car outside. Definitely will order here again!!!.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to Mendez Flowers for years, and it’s hands down the best flower shop I’ve ever been to. Their customer service is amazing, and the quality of their flowers is unmatched. I’ve tried many other places, but no one comes close - these flowers are absolutely beautiful and last for weeks!
What really blows my mind is their pricing. They have the most reasonable and fair prices you’ll find anywhere. Seriously, how can you beat the best quality and the best prices?
