He also spent a lot of time to ensure that he got all of the roots. At my request, Brian removed the chips, filled the area with topsoil and seeded it...it's only been a little over a week and the new grass looks fantastic! Brian also checked in several days after completing the work to ensure that I was happy with everything...old school customer service that is very much appreciated!“

“All Landscaping just finished two days of work at my house. I would hire them again, again, and again. Andy, Lou, and the team did an amazing job from beginning to end. They were quick and responsive, offered fair pricing, and kept me in the loop. I needed a significant amount of trees cut back and privacy shrubs that needed a good trim and had been ridden with bittersweet. They cut back all of the trees and made the shrubs look good as new. They also did a wonderful job with hardscaping that needed updating. They were highly communicative when more stone was needed than initially anticipated for my wall. After the projects were over, their clean up was amazing and the only evidence they were even here is the refreshed look of my property!“

“We had a retaining wall holding up our pool area next to wetlands. Over the years the landscape timbers had rotted away and we needed to replace the wall along with many repairs around the pool decking. We called in Brian from The Natural Landscape who was up to the challenge. He worked with the town to get the designs approved through the conservation committee and building inspector. Because of the wetlands, all of the work had to be done inside the pool area in very tight quarters. They did an amazing job! We are thrilled with our new pool area and use it all the time. Since you are a well established business, with many years of experience, I understood when you discussed cost and that this sort of thing is to be expected when taking on a total revamping of an entire property, that is severely overgrown. I appreciate your professionalism in this matter, (which we discussed upon meeting,) is more rare in this day and age.

Even though cost wise I decided to go with another landscaper, as I felt that he was the best candidate to fit my needs at the present time. “I recently had twins rebuild a retaining wall at the back of my property and build a new stone wall at the front of my property . Both came out beautiful and the front wall looks amazing. I have received many compliments from the neighbors.

“It was a pleasure to work with Mike and his team. From quote to clean up, the whole process was quick, efficient and professional. They removed 6 trees (3 of them were very large) from my backyard and two very large pine trees from my neighbor's yard at the same time. What used to be a backyard we barely stepped into is now an absolute oasis: a covered bar area, Soake pool, beautiful hardscapes, and thoughtful lighting that brings the whole space to life. Tim, the owner, was great to work with, and we had complete trust in Gabe, the job foreman. Gabe not only managed the project flawlessly but offered minor design suggestions along the way that genuinely elevated our original vision. The transformation speaks for itself. We hosted a large 4th of July party this year—with a tent and a professional caterer who’s been in business for 25+ years. He told us our backyard was the best party setup he’s ever worked at. That says everything about the space Dragonfly created.

We were so impressed that we brought them inside next—finishing our basement with a full bathroom and kitchenette, which came out beautifully. They’re now remodeling our two upstairs bathrooms. One is complete and looks incredible, and the second is nearly done and already shaping up just as well.

They also transformed our front farmers porch and walkway—another area we never used. Now my wife and I start our mornings out there with coffee whenever the weather allows. It’s become one of our favorite spots.
