Dr Chang is wonderful, the Dr who saw me on my follow up was a nightmare.
45 minutes waiting after he said " I saw your sitting there". Hmmm and just ignore me. Not happy with his ways.

I’m not sure how to respond to this request for a review. I had what I thought was a common medical procedure and the recovery time seems longer than I was told it would be. I had an eye liid lanced for what I was told a stubborn stye and it’s still visible a month later. I have no idea what to make of it. The doctor was excellent and no complaints with the office visit but did it fix the bump in the eye lid? No. It has been a month since visit.

I may have just gotten a one off weird experience but I was told by my previous optometrist I needed an opthalmologist' insight on an issue I was having. Got there and after being checked in the person who did my exam didn't introduce themself, and seemed dismissive of what I explained (maybe it is something dismissive so maybe that's fine idk). The part that irked me though is that they put in solution to dilate my eyes and then sat me in the hallway while they waited for them to dilate. It is already disorienting to have your eyes dilated (but expected in an eye exam) but having me sit in the hallway was weird and awkward while I'm trying to sit... read full review
