At one point I honestly forgot that Rousseau's was in the area. After my last two visits there they are my go to for anything RV related. I've used the dump station twice and it's quick, easy, and area stress free. When I was there that I needed a small obscure part that I never thought they would have. They truly went out of their way to find it for me and charged me a reasonable price. I was pretty impressed. You would not get that kind of service at the big dealerships. Great response time, fast service and excellent pricing for the work we had done on our 1995 Shasta RV. Laura and the team were very informative and helpful in answering our questions and issues. Super service - we would highly recommend them for any RV service. Thank you, Team Rousseau!

We were upgrading and instead of searching for the lowest price online we searched reputation....and we're glad we did. Walked in and told Paul what were looking for..he showed us 3 they had that fit the description and we bought our Geo Pro 19FD. Painless, friendly and honest all the way. They even snuck us in to fix a wiring issue on our truck before our first scheduled trip... Sitting in the campground writing this...?? Highly reccomend them !!!
