“We have been using Guided Living for supplemental care (8 hours/day, 7 days/week) for my 95-year-old mother who is in an assisted living memory care facility for the past 18 months. We have been very happy with the care she receives. Her primary aide is simply wonderful - we couldn't ask for a better person. The substitutes when she is not available or on her scheduled day off are generally very good and if we've ever had any issues, the agency is very responsive to our concerns. In general, the agency is very accessible and communicative. I highly recommend this agency.“

“Home Care Plus, Inc. has given my family peace of mind. We were in need of 24 hour care for a loved one and were apprehensive on leaving "nana" with just anyone. From the start they came to our house and answered all of questions putting us at ease. They assisted "nana" with daily activities such as helping with meals, personal hygiene, bathing and light housekeeping. They helped her with her medication and also monitered her blood pressure. They also took her to doctor appointments and picked up groceries. They made immediate contact with us with any concerns and kept daily notes. They kept her active taking her for walks, talking about current events and much more. They became an important part of her life and ours as well! I would highly recommend them!!“

I am one of the two primary caregivers, and they are so helpful so that I can have some time away.They do an excellent job communicating, checking in, and are extremely thorough. You get what you pay for, and we are beyond satisfied with the quality of care my grandfather receives. He requires more care than most clients would, but they are always so happy to help and always offer to help with even more.“
