The best! I called Tim at 10:05 asking if he could check my laptop fan. He told to come on down and he would look at it. When I arrived, there were a few customers ahead of me. Tim was patient, respectful, answered every question, reassured all of them that he was available if, when they returned home, there were any issues. It is a fabulous shop to wait in. Tim is a computer collector so while waiting, it is a history class on the very short life of computers. When it was my turn, Tim took my laptop a part - it is an old one - sprayed air in the fan, put it back together, and voila! All set. He refused to charge me as well! I have not actually had a repair but when i called to ask the price to backup an old laptop, I was instructed to use TimeMachine. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness which saved me money and time. Thank you again and if I have an issue I will defiantly use The Byte Shop!

Tim is a miracle worker. He was able to transfer all my data from my dead computer! I'm not good with change, but he made my transition to a new computer seamless and stress-free!
