★☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed
I was a loyal customer, but then they ruined my brand-new $80 blouse — the colors bled all over the white fabric. Instead of real compensation, they only took a tiny amount off another bill. Very poor customer service. I’m very disappointed with how they handled the situation. I expected better service and accountability. I won’t be coming back.

If you want your business to prosper you need to make a schedule that's more reliable for customers. We don't have your time. There's many dry cleaners in Jamaica Plain just go elsewhere.
