Best laundromat in Boston. My wash and fold can always be done in the same day if needed, the staff is very nice, the prices are honestly a steal. My clothes always smell delightful. I can't say enough nice things. If you're in Jamaica Plain or Roxbury, there's no better place to get your laundry done
Worst experience with this place! It's already always semi clean. Last time in is 7 and I went in at 6.40. My clothes in dryer had like a 10 minute extra on their 9pm close time. I asked the staff what I can do after she rudely told me she's not paid overtime so she can't do anything.
She is already only nice to Spanish speaking people and always has stjnk looks hurled at me. When I called her out on her racism her explanation is "she is another race person so how can she be racist"!!! Like seriously!! They are trash! Their machines don’t wash clothes good. I like to sit and watch my clothes wash, they don’t dispense enough water into the loads not even when you pay extra for the pre-wash setting. 12 of their dryers are out of service, and the few that work barely work. Blowing warm not hot air even when pressing the highest heat setting. Their establishment is dirty, no one sweeps mops, or even wipes down the machines. It’s disgusting ?
