Lack of communication! Voice mail unanswered. Recent experience is i called to cancel and reschedule a meeting with the nurse. She was due at 10(?) and I received a call from my dr about an appointment opening at 11. I called Ethos just after 9am to cancel but went to ZVM. I know from experience case workers dont check VM when received. So went back to reception and asked her to contact nurse. Was told they had no way to do that. But said she would contact nurse's supervisor. OK.
Found out later the supervisor wasn't in that day.
This happens all the time!

This organization must be lousy to work for because they can’t retain staff. I’m on my fourth clinician in less than a year. The care provided is reasonable but changing providers constantly destroys any hope of developing a therapeutic relationship.

I have a disabled adult son, we both moved out of Boston, Ethos refuses to transfer our case to the town in which we reside for almost 1 year now, they submitted a report this year from the Boston office and my family moved last year, go figure?! Reports submitted to Mass Health regarding my family stated and I quote “ miss West is looking for a babysitter?!! . I told her we don’t pay for that. Miss West is looking for someone to do paperwork?!!
