Owner is very friendly and does the best she can. I believe the place may need a little makeover, but not dirty. As far as the nail polish, I agree my manicure does not last, but I do dishes and cleaning at home. However, the pedicure will last two weeks. Language barrier is prevalent, but I can still communicate with owner. I have seen a few rude customers as well.

I've been going to Luu shop for years, the price is good n Luu n her staff are rrally professional.. Ive gone to ither places when I just couldnt get to the shop n always regretted goung elsewhere..
