I had my list of items and he took the list and improved it by making lots of good suggestions. He had an eye on being pragmatic… cost vs value.
On time for estimate and on the day he came to do multiple jobs. Follow through on actually doing more than originally discussed and was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Extremely professional and does a great job explaining what he is doing and the pro’s and con’s.

One of the jobs involved re-securing bathroom mirrors, which I had been especially nervous about with a toddler in the house. Lee made sure to walk me through the process and reassured me that everything was safe and securely installed.
